Kitchen-living room, kitchenette with fridge (dining set included), sofa and a LCD SAT TV, bedroom with 2 beds and full bathroom.
Patio with outdoor furniture and parasol.
Apartment is in refurnishing process and will have a new couch. New pictures to be uploaded in June.
Price: from 55€ to 80€/night+ tourist fee of 2€/person a day. Additional discount over 8 nights stay. Minimum stay 5 nights.
We respect green deal and give efforts to live in sustainable planet and wish to give our guests control of their daily costs, thus *AC usage over 5kW/day will be charged according to built in electric meter (5 kW = approx. 8-10h/day set on 26°C).
In addition, cleaning fee deposit is 100€ and charged only in case of dirty apartments, but if you just follow common sense and house rules, cleaning fee will be returned upon your check-out.
Possibility of boat berth in front of the apartment.
