It is fully furnished and equipped with all facilities, including satellite LCD TV, air-condition and fast 5G Wi-Fi.
Apartment A8 consists of:
Kitchen/living room with couch, dining set, mini-kitchen with fridge, table with 2 chairs, wardrobe and a LCD SAT TV, *AC unit, bedroom with 2 beds and night tables, full bathroom.
Balcony with outdoor furniture.
Apartment is in refurnishing process and will have brand new kitchen and beds with mattresses and new chairs and refubrished doors. New pictures to be uploaded before June.
Price: 120€/day + tourist fee of 2€/person a day. Additional discount over 8 nights stay. Minimum stay 5 nights.
We respect green deal and give efforts to live in sustainable planet and wish to give our guests control of their daily costs, thus *AC usage over 5kW/day will be charged according to built in electric meter (5 kW = approx. 8-10h/day set on 25°C).
In addition, cleaning fee of 50€ will be charged and 50€ prepaid in case of dirty apartments, but if you just follow common sense and house rules, cleaning fee will be returned upon your check-out.
Possibility of boat berth in front of the apartment.
